Ian’s primary role is enabler for the TMC team and its clients to achieve their potential and deliver outstanding results together.

With a track record of success at the sharp end in Sales, Marketing & Leadership, Ian is bringing his skill and experience to train and coach teams and individuals to reach the next level.
Continuing personal and professional development has always been a passion for Ian, creating a sense that anything is possible if we put our minds to it. Ian is an International Coaching Federation, Professional Certified Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, a qualified DiSC Personality Profiler, a Belbin Facilitator & a Lencioni 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Accredited Facilitator.

Ian’s senior operational roles have included Managing Director at Norsk Hydro and Sales Director at RTZ Metals. As a coach he has supported teams and leaders in three of the world’s largest energy companies and delivered development programmes for several top 100 UK law firms. He has worked extensively in the UK SME sector, engaging with public and private initiatives to enable companies to invest in people and embrace new technologies.
Today’s reality is that rapid and disruptive changes in communication and technology is creating threats & opportunities to businesses and organisations in every sector. Ian believes that the key to thriving now and, in the future, lies in establishing deeper levels of trust to build collaborative relationships internationally.
