Karoline’s entry into PR began in Birmingham during the city living boom of the early 2000s. She played a crucial role in delivering PR campaigns for residential and commercial schemes, working alongside prominent property developers including Crosby Homes, Persimmon Homes, and Argent—the visionary team behind Brindleyplace and the £1.2 billion Paradise redevelopment. Karoline’s passion for property PR endures at TMC, where she leads the property PR team.

Whether supporting b2b or b2c clients, Karoline enjoys devising and delivering impactful PR campaigns. Her expertise spans collaboration with the British Army on bold recruitment campaigns and leading our recent pro bono work on Harry’s Home Village Tour.

Adopting a holistic approach to PR, Karoline meticulously explores every facet of opportunity —from print media to social media and SEO campaigns—ensuring maximum impact and ROI for her clients. A passionate wordsmith, half-measures are not in her vocabulary.
