Florence has a real passion for building strong client partnerships and driving the delivery of multi-channel campaigns. As a Senior Account Manager, she thrives on collaborating with both internal and external teams to create the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Her love for creativity and communication was first sparked at university, where she completed a degree in Business and Marketing, followed by an MSc in International Marketing. Florence enjoys dynamic environments, and the mix of project management and genuine human connection is what first drew her to a career in client services.
