Sarah leads TMC’s people function, helping to create the structures, support and working environment that allow individuals and teams to perform at their best.
With more than 10 years’ administrative and operational experience across different industries, she brings a practical understanding of how people, policies and day-to-day business requirements need to work together. Her remit spans the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, wellbeing and the consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Sarah plays an important role in protecting TMC’s culture as the agency evolves. She works closely with the leadership team and employees across the business, balancing organisational requirements with an approachable and people-focused perspective.
