Strategic Communications Support
Having launched their flagship product of the same name, SuperSonic Imagine collaborated with TMC to drive the benefits of real-time imaging at Arab Health 2024. Having already established a strong presence within the imaging community, their next campaign would focus on the advancements in technology, as well as the launch of the V4.2 Software and HepaVu.
Supporting with strategic communications, TMC were tasked with developing an all-encompassing presentation to the highly-scientific audience, to take advantage of the speaker opportunity and drive new leads.

Our Solution
The project centred on two focus points; devising a strategic narrative to support the benefits of the new technology and elevating the existing brand to enhance the credibility of the speaker.
Having agreed the topics to be covered during the presentation, a clear path forward emerged. Our recommendation was to condense the highly scientific information and reposition it as a digestible overview. Our aim was to guide delegate attention to the speaker, not distract with reams of copy, spotlighting them as the focus. This was achieved with bold statements, statistics and limited written content, whilst investing time into the slick look and feel of the design. Valuable context was retained through carefully scripted speaker notes, which TMC’s medical writing team adapted to balance scientific credibility and emotionally charged language.
From here, visual elements provided a polished and refined look. Each slide layered on a further element of the overarching narrative, from conception to those leading the way, to how it can benefit real-world healthcare professionals. The core theme of ‘Patient Care’ tied together the key elements of the presentation.
During initial briefing, the team at Supersonic Imagine were encouraged to share examples of brands across different industries that inspired an emotional reaction from them. With this insight, our Studio Team were able to elevate the existing brand, strengthening colour palettes, refining typography and adding context to the tone and style.

Visualisation
As a next step, our videography team developed an engaging introductory trailer. This would serve as a preview, offering the audience a glimpse of the product before the speaker delved into its intricate details. Combining state-of-the-art 3D visualisations with compelling statements, the trailer aimed to leave a powerful and lasting impression on the audience, providing them with key information.
